Miles Overview
The 2016 Accord is Honda's midsize sedan and coupe, competing directly with the Toyota Camry and Nissan Altima. The Accord's steering is direct and the chassis feels composed, making it genuinely enjoyable on a winding road. The cabin is roomy for tall drivers, and the trunk is generous, though the opening is a bit narrow. Bluetooth audio, a backup camera, and available Honda Sensing driver aids keep the Accord current for 2016. It's the Accord for shoppers who want Honda's proven fuel economy and a long list of standard features, skipping the Sport trim's firmer suspension and larger wheels. The LX's 2.4L I4 is smooth and responsive, with 31 mpg combined that makes even a long commute painless. The LX rides on 16-inch alloy wheels, which return a noticeably smoother ride over broken pavement than the bigger wheels found on higher trims.
