Miles Overview
The 2024 XT5 is Cadillac's compact luxury crossover, slotting below the XT6 in size and offering a more affordable entry into the brand's SUV lineup. It squares off against the Acura RDX, Lincoln Nautilus, and Lexus RX, with a roomier rear seat than most of those rivals. The XT5 rides with a composed, quiet demeanor, and the available V6 gives it confident passing power on the highway. Its cabin is generously sized for passengers and cargo, with a straightforward layout and available leather and wood trim. Standard tech includes a large touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus a full suite of driver-assistance features. The Premium Luxury sits between the base Luxury and the sportier Sport trim, adding leather upholstery, heated front seats, and a power liftgate as standard. Its 2.0L I4 makes 235 horsepower and pairs with the nine-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, delivering smooth, quiet acceleration and a composed ride on any surface. Only the Premium Luxury offers the available Platinum package with semi-aniline leather and ventilated front seats, giving a near-flagship interior without the Sport's firmer suspension.
