Miles Overview
The XT5 is Cadillac's midsize two-row SUV, the one you cross-shop with the Lexus RX and Acura MDX. It drives with a calm, planted feel that suits daily commuting, and the steering is light but accurate. The ride is smooth and absorbent on most roads, though the Sport trim's firmer suspension is noticeable over sharp bumps. The cabin is quiet and trimmed in soft materials, and the rear seat slides to free up cargo space when you need it. The Premium Luxury sits between the base Luxury and the range-topping Sport, adding leather, heated seats, and a sunroof without the Sport's firmer suspension. This one pairs the 3.6L V6 with a nine-speed automatic and front-wheel drive, good for 21 mpg combined. The hands-free liftgate and wireless charging pad are nice touches you won't find on the base Luxury.
