Miles Overview
The XT5 is Cadillac's midsize two-row SUV, the one you cross-shop with the Lexus RX and Acura MDX. It drives with a calm, planted feel that suits daily commuting, and the steering is light but accurate. The ride is smooth and absorbent on most roads, though the Sport trim's firmer suspension is noticeable over sharp bumps. The cabin is quiet and trimmed in soft materials, and the rear seat slides to free up cargo space when you need it. The Premium Luxury sits above the Luxury trim and below the Sport, adding leather upholstery and a hands-free liftgate as standard. Only the Premium Luxury offers the available twin-clutch all-wheel-drive system with active torque vectoring, which sharpens cornering grip noticeably.
