The 2019 XT4 is Cadillac's entry into the compact luxury SUV segment, slotting below the larger XT5. It competes with the BMW X1, Audi Q3, and Mercedes-Benz GLA, offering a roomier cabin than most. The Sport trim adds gloss-black exterior trim, unique 18-inch wheels, and a sport-tuned suspension over the Premium Luxury. Its 2.0L I4 makes 237 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, routed through a nine-speed automatic to all-wheel drive for all-weather traction; expect 24 mpg combined. Only the Sport offers the available V-Sport appearance package, adding darker exterior accents and a unique grille.
