Miles Overview
The Savana is GMC's full-size van, a body-on-frame workhorse that's been a fleet favorite for years. It drives like the heavy-duty truck it's based on, with a commanding view and a ride that's more about hauling than carving corners. The cabin is utilitarian and roomy, with a high roof option that lets you stand up inside when you're loading gear. The 2500 is the middle child of the Savana lineup, offering more payload capacity than the Work Van without jumping to the heavy-duty 3500's chassis. Its 4.3L V6 makes 276 horsepower and 298 lb-ft of torque, paired with a eight-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive that handles highway cruising easily but feels strained with a full load.
