2022 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate

The 2022 Sierra 1500 is GMC's full-size pickup, slotting above the Chevrolet Silverado with a more upscale interior and the Denali luxury trim. It competes head-on with the Ford F-150, Ram 1500, and Toyota Tundra in the full-size truck segment. The Sierra rides with a composed, truck-like feel, and the available MultiPro tailgate is a genuinely useful feature for loading and tailgating. Cabin space is generous, with a roomy crew cab and a bed that suits serious work duty. The Denali Ultimate is the top of the Sierra lineup, giving up a little off-road capability versus the AT4X for a far more luxurious interior and standard equipment. It uses the 6.2L V8 with 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque, paired with a ten-speed automatic and four-wheel drive, so it pulls hard when you need it and settles into a quiet cruise on the highway. Only the Denali Ultimate gets the full-grain leather and real wood trim that make the cabin feel closer to a luxury SUV than a work truck.
