2015 GMC Canyon SLE

The Canyon is GMC's mid-size pickup, a smaller alternative to the Sierra that's easy to park and still hauls a real bed. It drives more like a car than a truck, with steering that feels light and responsive around town. The ride is firm over bumps, and the cabin gets a bit noisy on the highway, but the seats stay comfortable for long trips. You can get it as an extended cab or crew cab, so there's room for passengers without giving up the bed. The SLE gives you the convenience features like power windows and cruise control that the Work Truck skips, without stepping up to the SLT's leather and luxury gear. The 3.6L I6 is the strongest engine in the Canyon lineup, pulling hard from a stop, and the automatic transmission shifts smoothly; rear-wheel drive keeps it lighter on its feet. GMC offers the SLE with a choice of cloth or uplevel upholstery, and you can add the Z71 off-road package for a raised ride height and upgraded shocks if you plan to hit dirt.
