Miles Overview
The 2023 Sierra 3500HD is GMC's heavy-duty pickup, built to pull big trailers and haul serious loads without breaking a sweat. It drives big and heavy, which you expect, but the steering is direct and the brakes feel strong even with a trailer behind. The ride is firm and truck-like when empty, but that's the trade for the stability you get when it's loaded down. Inside, the cabin is roomy and quiet, with the Denali trim adding upscale materials that make it feel more like a luxury SUV. The SLT is the value pick in the Sierra 3500HD lineup, giving you most of the Denali's comfort without the premium price. Its gas 6.6L V8 makes 401 horsepower and 464 lb-ft of torque, paired with a six-speed automatic and four-wheel drive that handles heavy towing without drama.
