Miles Overview
The Sierra 3500HD is GMC's heavy-duty workhorse, built for serious towing and payload duty in a full-size truck package. It drives with the commanding presence you expect from a heavy-duty truck, and the steering feels direct for something this size. Expect a firm, truck-like ride when unladen, which is the trade-off for the stability you get when hauling heavy loads. The cabin is straightforward and functional, with durable materials that hold up to daily work use. The Work Truck is the no-frills entry point, skipping the chrome and leather of the SLT and Denali for a lower price and a focus on utility. It pairs a 6.6L V8 with automatic transmission and four-wheel drive, giving you a solid foundation for heavy towing without the extra cost of a diesel.
