Miles Overview
The 2012 Sierra 2500 is GMC's heavy-duty pickup, built for towing and hauling with a frame and suspension to match. It drives like a proper heavy-duty truck: the steering is deliberate, the ride is firm unloaded, and it feels planted with a trailer behind it. The cabin is straightforward and functional, with durable materials that hold up well to work-site use, and the SLT trim adds a bit of comfort. You get a proper truck bed with available 6.6- or 8-foot lengths, and the crew cab offers real rear-seat space for adults. Cloth seats and a simpler stereo distinguish the SLE from the SLT above it, but you still get the same heavy-duty chassis and 6.6L V8.
