Miles Overview
The 2016 Express is Chevrolet's full-size van, the one you see as a work truck, shuttle, or cargo hauler. It's a heavy-duty hauler that pulls weight without complaint, though it's noisy on the highway and the ride is firm. Inside, the cabin is basic and functional, with plenty of room up front and a huge cargo area behind the seats. Owners call it reliable and easy to maintain, but some report electrical gremlins and A/C trouble over time. A 12-seat setup and a higher towing rating distinguish the 2500 LT from the base Work Van and 1500 models. The 6.0L I8 makes 285 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, routed through a six-speed automatic to the rear wheels, and returns 13 mpg combined.
