2024 Chevrolet Suburban RST

The 2024 Suburban is Chevrolet's full-size SUV, offering seating for up to nine and a choice of rear- or four-wheel drive. It goes head-to-head with the Ford Expedition, GMC Yukon, and Jeep Wagoneer in the three-row full-size segment. The Suburban drives with the composed, planted feel you expect from a big SUV, and the steering is light enough for easy maneuvering. The ride is smooth on the highway, though the independent rear suspension helps but doesn't fully mask its size over rough pavement. Cargo space is cavernous behind the third row, and the tailgate window opens separately for quick access. The RST adds dark exterior accents, 22-inch wheels, and a sportier look over the LT while skipping the Z71's off-road gear. Its 5.3L V8 makes 355 horsepower and pairs with a ten-speed automatic, returning 16 mpg combined with four-wheel drive.
