Miles Overview
The 2019 Tahoe is Chevrolet's full-size SUV, seating up to eight and offered in rear- or four-wheel drive. It competes with the Ford Expedition, Toyota Sequoia, and Nissan Armada in the full-size SUV segment. The Tahoe accelerates with authority and rides smoothly on the highway, though its size shows in tight spots. The cabin offers comfortable leather seating and a user-friendly touchscreen, with a third row that folds flat. The Police package adds heavy-duty cooling, a high-output alternator, and vinyl rear seats for fleet duty, skipping the LT's luxury touches. Its 5.3L I8 pairs with an automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive, giving you confident highway passing and 18 mpg combined.
