Miles Overview
The 2001 Blazer is Chevy's compact SUV, sized between the Tracker and the Tahoe and a common sight in driveways across the country. The interior is practical and straightforward, though owners note the plastic trim can crack over time and the console may feel wobbly. Common issues include a failing fuel pump, a gas gauge that stops reading accurately, and rust that can make the spare tire difficult to lower. The LS steps up from the base Blazer with extra convenience features like power windows and locks, plus the option of four-wheel drive if you need it. Under the hood is the torquey 4.3L V6 paired with the automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive, giving you confident pulling power for trailers or daily driving.
