2022 GMC Yukon SLE

The 2022 Yukon is GMC's full-size SUV, offering seating for up to eight and a choice of rear- or four-wheel drive. It lines up against the Ford Expedition, Chevrolet Tahoe, and Jeep Wagoneer in the full-size SUV segment. The Yukon drives with a commanding presence, and its independent rear suspension makes it more stable than older models. The ride is smooth and quiet on the highway, though the base suspension can feel floaty over undulating pavement. Inside, the cabin is spacious with a huge cargo area, and the Denali trim adds premium materials and a 10.2-inch touchscreen. Standard cloth seats and the smaller 8-inch screen set the SLE apart from the SLT and Denali trims above it. Its 5.3L V8 makes 355 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque, paired with a ten-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive, and it returns 17 mpg combined. The SLE can be had with four-wheel drive, which adds a two-speed transfer case for light off-road use.
