Miles Overview
The 2012 Express is Chevrolet's full-size van, the workhorse choice for hauling people or cargo across the country. It's a big van, but it handles surprisingly well for its size, and it has plenty of power for merging and towing. With seating for up to 15 or a vast cargo area, the Express swallows whatever you throw at it. Some owners have dealt with electrical gremlins and a noisy cabin, so expect a few quirks with this one. The 2500 is the mid-duty Express, offering more payload and towing than the 1500 without the heavy-duty suspension of the 3500. Its 6.0L V8 makes 280 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, paired with a six-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive, and it returns 13 mpg combined.
