The 2026 Colorado is Chevrolet's mid-size pickup, slotting between the compact Maverick and full-size Silverado. It squares off against the Toyota Tacoma, Ford Ranger, and Jeep Gladiator in the mid-size truck segment. The Colorado's turbo four pulls strongly and feels eager around town, with a composed highway ride. Its steering is precise and the chassis feels planted, though the ride can be firm on rough pavement. The cabin offers a clean layout with a standard touchscreen, and the crew cab provides decent rear legroom. The WT is the work-truck Colorado, with steel wheels and manual seats instead of the LT's alloy wheels and power-adjustable driver seat. Its turbocharged 2.7L Turbomax makes 310 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque, and this WT has four-wheel drive and the eight-speed automatic for getting through mud or snow. You can add the Safety Package with blind-zone steering assist and rear cross-traffic braking, which isn't available on the base 2WD WT.
