2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Work Truck

The Silverado 2500 is Chevrolet's heavy-duty pickup, built for serious towing and hauling rather than daily commuting. It rides stiffly when unloaded, which is the tradeoff for the robust chassis and suspension needed to handle heavy loads. The cabin is straightforward and functional, with durable materials that hold up well to work-site use. You get a choice of regular, extended, or crew cab bodies, plus a long or standard bed, so you can match the truck to your job. The Work Truck is the silverado's cost-no-frills base, so you get mechanical toughness and towing capability without the interior frills of the LT or LS. Its 6.6L V8 makes 300 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque, paired with a five-speed automatic and four-wheel drive, so it pulls hard from a stop and handles steep grades without breaking a sweat.
