Miles Overview
The 2020 Colorado is Chevrolet's mid-size pickup, slotting between the larger Silverado and the compact class. It competes directly with the Toyota Tacoma, Ford Ranger, and Nissan Frontier in the mid-size truck segment. The V6 feels quick for a pickup, and the ride is smooth enough that it doesn't drive like a traditional truck. The cabin is roomy for front and rear passengers, and the short bed still hauls plenty for everyday use. The Work Truck is the no-frills entry point, giving up the Z71's styling and the ZR2's off-road hardware to keep the price low. With the 3.6L V6 and automatic transmission, the Work Truck feels responsive around town and the four-wheel drive gives you confidence on loose gravel. The standard vinyl floor and manual crank windows keep it honest, but a trailering package is available if you need to tow.
