Miles Overview
The C/K 1500 is Chevrolet's full-size half-ton pickup, the truck that defined American work and play in 1990. It drives like a proper truck: a soft, floaty ride over bumps and a steering wheel with plenty of play, but it's unstoppable on dirt roads. Inside, the cabin is basic and roomy, with a bench seat that fits three adults and a simple dashboard that's easy to use. You can get it as a regular cab, extended cab, or crew cab, and the bed swallows plywood and tools without complaint. This is the base C/K 1500, the work truck you buy when you want a new half-ton without the frills of a Silverado or Scottsdale.
