Miles Overview
The 2008 Colorado is Chevrolet's compact pickup, a smaller, more maneuverable alternative to the full-size Silverado. It rides smoothly and is easy to drive, though the base engines feel a bit underpowered for heavy hauling. The cabin is roomy up front, but the rear jump seats in extended cabs are cramped and the plastic interior feels cheap. Reliability is a mixed bag: many owners report trouble-free miles, but electrical issues and brake light shorts do pop up. A stronger engine and available four-wheel drive set the LT apart from the base Work Truck, making it the better choice if you plan to tow or go off pavement.
