Miles Overview
The Colorado is Chevy's compact pickup, a smaller alternative to the Silverado that still handles real truck duty. It drives like a proper truck with a firm, truck-like ride, but the steering is direct and it's easy to maneuver around town. The cabin is roomy up front with comfortable seats, though the rear jump seats in the extended cab are tight for adults. Owners report strong reliability overall, with some mentioning electrical issues like window motors and brake light wiring. The Work Truck keeps things simple with vinyl floors and a rubber bed mat that make truck chores easier to clean up after. With the 2.9L I4 making 185 horsepower, the Work Truck paired with the five-speed automatic gives you a steady, workmanlike pace and 20 mpg combined.
