Miles Overview
The 2016 Express is Chevrolet's full-size van, the one you see as a work truck, shuttle, or cargo hauler. It's a heavy-duty hauler that pulls weight without complaint, though it's noisy on the highway and the ride is firm. Inside, the cabin is basic and functional, with plenty of room up front and a huge cargo area behind the seats. Owners call it reliable and easy to maintain, but some report electrical gremlins and A/C trouble over time. The Express 2500 sits above the work-oriented 1500 and below the heavy-duty 3500, offering a stronger payload than the base van without the 3500's stiffer springs. Under the hood is a 6.0L I8 paired with a automatic transmission driving the rear wheels, giving it the grunt to pull a trailer or haul a full load without straining.
