Miles Overview
The 2016 Express is Chevrolet's full-size van, the one you see as a work truck, shuttle, or cargo hauler. It's a heavy-duty hauler that pulls weight without complaint, though it's noisy on the highway and the ride is firm. Inside, the cabin is basic and functional, with plenty of room up front and a huge cargo area behind the seats. Owners call it reliable and easy to maintain, but some report electrical gremlins and A/C trouble over time. The Express 3500 is the heavy-duty member of the family, with a higher payload and towing rating than the 2500. You get a choice of regular or extended wheelbase, though the ride stays firm and the cabin is basic even by van standards.
