Miles Overview
The SKY is Saturn's two-seat roadster, a rear-drive convertible that GM built to take on the Mazda MX-5 and Pontiac Solstice. It's a genuine driver's car, with sharp steering and a taut chassis that makes back roads feel like an event. The ride is firm, which is the trade for how flat it stays through corners, and the cabin is snug but well laid out. Cargo space is minimal, so plan for weekend trips rather than full luggage, but the power top drops quickly when the sun's out. With 260 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque routed to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic, this roadster feels genuinely quick, and it still returns 22 mpg combined. The Red Line's firmer suspension and quicker steering make it the sharper of the two SKYs, so expect a busy ride on rough pavement.
