Miles Overview
The DTS is Cadillac's full-size flagship sedan, the one you'd cross-shop with a Lincoln Town Car or a Lexus LS. Inside you get a huge, quiet cabin with plenty of room for four adults and a trunk that swallows luggage with ease. Owners note it's not cheap to run, with premium fuel and pricey repairs, but the comfort and presence make it worth it. The DTS comes as a single trim for 2006, so you get the full-size luxury experience right from the start. Fuel economy is 18 mpg combined, which is typical for a big V8 luxury sedan from this era.
