Miles Overview
The 2012 Malibu is Chevrolet's mid-size sedan, the one you'd cross-shop with a Camry or Accord. It rides smoothly and handles predictably, with enough get-up-and-go for everyday driving. The cabin is roomy and the trunk is large, though the rear seat legroom is a bit tight for taller passengers. OnStar comes standard, and many trims add Bluetooth, a touchscreen, and available remote start. The LTZ is the top Malibu, for buyers who want the V6 power and the nicer leather interior that the LT doesn't offer. Its 2.4L I4 pairs with a six-speed automatic and front-wheel drive, good for 26 mpg combined.
