Miles Overview
The 2009 Corvette is Chevy's flagship two-seat sports car, offered as a coupe, convertible, or the hardcore Z06 and ZR1 variants. The ride is firm and can get choppy on rough pavement, but that's the trade-off for the razor-sharp handling. Inside, you get comfortable seats and a hatch that opens to a surprising amount of cargo space for a two-seater, though the plastic trim feels cheap. The LS3 V8 and six-speed manual make for a powertrain that pulls hard from any speed, and the convertible lets you hear every note of it. Expect a firm ride and modest interior plastics, but the magnetic ride control option can soften things up when you want it to.
