Miles Overview
The 2014 Malibu is Chevrolet's mid-size sedan, aimed at buyers who want a comfortable commuter with a touch of style. It rides smoothly and handles predictably, making it an easy car to live with day to day. The cabin is roomy up front, and the trunk is generous, though rear legroom is a bit tight for taller passengers. Available features include Bluetooth, a touchscreen infotainment system, and OnStar emergency assistance. The 1LS is the entry-level Malibu, so you skip the 1LT's convenience features like the touchscreen and save a few thousand dollars. Its 2.5L I4 makes 197 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic, which is enough for daily commuting and returns 29 mpg combined.
