Miles Overview
The 2005 E-350 is Ford's heavy-duty full-size van, offered as a cargo van, passenger wagon, or cutaway chassis for commercial use. The cabin offers plenty of legroom all around, and the rear seats can be removed easily to haul furniture or equipment. Owners love the durability and reliability, with many reporting no major repairs beyond normal maintenance. This E-350 is the one to get if you need the V10's extra pulling power over the V8; it's a work van first, a people hauler second. The 6.8L V10 delivers 305 horsepower through a automatic transmission, so it handles highway cruising and heavy loads without strain. Expect a firm ride when empty and fuel economy in the single digits; this van is built for towing and cargo, not daily commuting.
