Miles Overview
The F-150 is Ford's full-size pickup, the truck that anchors the brand and goes up against the Silverado and Ram 1500. It drives with a comfortable, planted feel, and the steering is light enough for easy maneuvering around town. The SuperCrew cab gives you four real doors and a back seat that fits adults, with seats that fold up for secure cargo space. The bed is tall enough that shorter folks will want a step, but the tailgate and bed are genuinely useful for hauling. Stepping up to the Platinum from the Lariat gets you leather seating, a premium sound system, and unique exterior trim that sets it apart from the rest of the F-150 lineup. The Platinum’s standard 20-inch wheels and chrome grille give it a dressy look, but the ride stays composed over rough pavement thanks to the well-tuned suspension.
