Miles Overview
The 2025 Ranger is Ford's mid-size pickup, slotting between the Maverick and the F-150. It competes with the Toyota Tacoma, Chevrolet Colorado, and GMC Canyon. The Ranger drives with a composed, truck-like feel, and the Raptor adds serious off-road capability. Ride comfort is decent for a pickup, though the Raptor's firmer suspension is noticeable on pavement. The cabin is functional and well-built, with available leather and a large touchscreen on higher trims. The Raptor adds Fox Racing shocks with Live Valve technology, locking front and rear axles, and a unique wide-body stance over the Lariat. The Baja drive mode and Trail Control let you attack desert roads or crawl over rocks right off the showroom floor.
