Miles Overview
The 2020 Transit is Ford's full-size van, the one you see hauling everything from plumber's gear to shuttle passengers. It drives smaller than its size suggests, with a tight turning circle that makes city work far less stressful than you'd expect. The ride is firm when empty, but that's the trade for a payload rating that lets you load it up without sagging. Inside, the cabin is built for work, with durable materials and a tall seating position that gives you a commanding view of the road. Choosing the XLT over the XL adds power windows, cruise control, and a nicer cloth seat, making it the better pick if you spend all day in the van. The 3.5L V6 makes 310 horsepower and pairs with an automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, giving you confident traction on wet job sites or snowy driveways.
