Miles Overview
The 2019 F-450 is Ford's heaviest-duty pickup, built for serious towing and hauling with a dual-rear-wheel option. It drives with the authority of a heavy truck, and the high seating position gives you a commanding view of the road. Inside, the cabin is roomy and functional, with available leather and tech that make it comfortable for long hauls. Super Duty trucks have a strong reputation for durability, and this generation is known for holding up well under hard use. The XL is the base work truck trim in the F-450 lineup, sitting below the XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, and Platinum trims. Its 6.7L V8 makes 440 horsepower and sends it through an automatic transmission to all four wheels, giving you the grunt to pull heavy loads. If you use it as a work truck, the vinyl floors and rubberized bedliner are easy to hose out after a muddy job site.
