Miles Overview
The 2019 F-450 is Ford's heaviest-duty pickup, built for serious towing and hauling with a dual-rear-wheel option. It drives with the authority of a heavy truck, and the high seating position gives you a commanding view of the road. Inside, the cabin is roomy and functional, with available leather and tech that make it comfortable for long hauls. Super Duty trucks have a strong reputation for durability, and this generation is known for holding up well under hard use. Stepping up to the Platinum from the Lariat or King Ranch adds real leather, massaging front seats, and a premium B&O audio system that make the cabin feel more like a luxury SUV than a work truck. The Platinum's unique grille and chrome accents set it apart visually, and the adaptive steering system is a worthwhile option that makes maneuvering this big truck feel much easier at low speeds.
