Miles Overview
The F-450 is Ford's heavy-duty pickup, built for serious towing and hauling duty beyond what the F-350 can manage. It rides like a heavy-duty truck, with a firm, truck-like feel that's expected in this class, but the steering is surprisingly direct for such a large vehicle. Inside, the cabin is spacious and functional, with available trims like King Ranch and Platinum adding leather and wood accents for a more upscale feel. The latest SYNC 4 infotainment system comes standard, with a large touchscreen and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on most trims. Work-truck simplicity sets the XL apart from the Lariat and Platinum, with vinyl floors and cloth seats that are easy to clean. It's powered by a 6.7L I8 paired with a automatic transmission and four-wheel drive, giving you the low-end grunt to pull heavy trailers without breaking a sweat.
