Miles Overview
The F-350 is Ford's heavy-duty pickup, built for serious towing and payload work that a half-ton truck can't handle. It squares off against the Ram 3500 and Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD, both of which offer similar heavy-duty capability. The F-350 drives with the commanding presence you expect from a heavy-duty truck, and the steering is direct for its size. Crew cab models offer a genuinely spacious back seat, and higher trims bring leather and wood trim that feel more upscale than work truck. The Platinum is the top luxury trim below the Limited, so you get the premium cabin and tech without the extra cost of the range-topper. With the 6.7L V8 and ten-speed automatic, this F-350 pulls hard from low revs, making towing heavy loads feel almost effortless. The available FX4 Off-Road Package adds skid plates and all-terrain tires, giving the Platinum genuine trail capability alongside its luxury.
