Miles Overview
This is Ford's heavy-duty pickup, the one you step up to when a half-ton F-150 isn't enough. It drives like the big truck it is, with a commanding view and a ride that settles down once it's loaded. The cabin is straightforward and functional, with hard plastics that shrug off work-site abuse. Crew cab models give you a back seat that actually fits adults, and the bed can handle a serious load. The XLT adds power windows and locks, cruise control, and carpeted flooring over the work-truck XL. Its 6.2L V8 makes 383 horsepower and pairs with four-wheel drive, so it pulls heavy trailers without breaking a sweat. Expect a stiff ride when the bed is empty, which is the trade-off for the F-350's 12,500-pound towing capacity.
