Miles Overview
The Excursion is Ford's biggest SUV, a three-row giant built on a heavy-duty truck frame that seats up to nine. It drives like the truck it is, with a commanding view of the road and a ride that's steady and stable, though you'll feel every bump. Inside, there's real space for people and cargo, with removable seats and a rear glass that pops open for easy access. It's a serious tow rig that can pull heavy trailers, but you'll pay for it at the pump and in tight parking lots. The Eddie Bauer is the middle trim, blending off-road looks from the XLT with a dressier interior that the Limited also gets.
