Miles Overview
The 2022 Bronco is Ford's dedicated off-roader, a body-on-frame SUV that goes head-to-head with the Jeep Wrangler and the Toyota 4Runner. On pavement the Bronco feels composed and stable, but its real talent shows on trails where the suspension soaks up bumps and the steering stays precise. The ride is firm and truck-like, which is the price of its off-road capability; expect some body motion on rough roads. Inside, the cabin is functional and durable with washable surfaces and plenty of grab handles, though rear seat space is tight for taller passengers. Standard tech includes a touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus available off-road cameras and a trail turn assist. The Base trim skips the luxuries of the Big Bend and Outer Banks for a lower entry price and a stripped-down interior. Its 2.7L V6 makes 330 horsepower and pairs with an {automatic transmission} and {four-wheel drive}, enough punch for highway merging and rock-crawling alike.
