Miles Overview
It drives smoothly and quietly in town, with the electric motor handling low-speed stop-and-go before the gas engine joins in. The cabin is roomy for the class, with comfortable front seats and a rear seat that slides to prioritize legroom or cargo space. The SE Sport adds the ST-Line appearance package with unique front and rear styling, blacked-out grille, and 19-inch wheels that the regular SE doesn't offer. Its hybrid powertrain pairs a 2.5L I4 hybrid with a continuously variable automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, delivering smooth, efficient acceleration that feels more responsive than the base engine. The SE Sport's suspension tuning is slightly firmer than the SE's, which gives it sharper cornering feel without sacrificing the quiet, comfortable ride that makes the Escape easy to live with daily.
