Miles Overview
The Escape is Ford's compact SUV, a handy size for city driving and weekend trips alike. It handles well in snow and ice, and its compact footprint makes it easy to park and maneuver. Inside, there's plenty of storage and room for four, though the back seat doesn't fold completely flat. Some owners mention electrical gremlins and a finicky A/C system, but many report years of trouble-free driving. The Limited is the top trim for the Escape, so you get the most equipment and the V6; it's a step up from the XLT if you want the nicer touches. The Limited's all-wheel drive is the one to pick if you deal with snow, since it gives you confident traction without much penalty in the city.
