Miles Overview
The 2018 Ford Escape is a compact SUV that slots between the EcoSport and Edge, offering a roomy five-seat cabin in a tidy footprint. The Escape drives with the agility of a smaller car, making it easy to maneuver in tight spots while still feeling stable on the highway. The cabin offers generous headroom and legroom for tall drivers, and the cargo area swallows gear for a family trip or a workday haul. Available SYNC infotainment responds to voice commands for calls and music, and a rearview camera comes standard to help with parking. The SE is the trim most shoppers choose, balancing the S's basic kit with the Titanium's premium price. With the optional 2.0L I4 making 240 horsepower and a six-speed automatic, this Escape pulls strongly from a stop and merges confidently.
