Miles Overview
The 2010 Escape is Ford's compact SUV, the one that competes with the RAV4 and CR-V. It's easy to get into and handles well in snow and on slippery roads. The cabin has a surprising amount of storage, though the backseat doesn't fold completely flat. Owners report few problems, but some mention electrical gremlins and frequent tire pressure warnings. The 2.5L I4 makes 171 horsepower and is paired with a five-speed manual, which feels eager around town and returns 24 mpg combined.
