2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty XL

The F-350 Super Duty is Ford's heavy-duty pickup, built for towing and hauling that a half-ton truck can't handle. It drives like a big truck, with a commanding view and a ride that's firm when empty but settles down with weight in the bed. The cabin is roomy and functional, with available leather and wood trim on higher trims, and the rear seats in crew cabs are genuinely spacious. You can get it as a regular, extended, or crew cab, and with a bed that's long enough for a sheet of plywood flat. The XL is the work-ready base trim, skipping the chrome and leather of the Lariat and above but keeping the same 6.7L V8 and 440 horsepower. With the diesel 6.7L V8 and four-wheel drive, this XL pulls heavy trailers with confidence, and the automatic transmission shifts smoothly under load. Expect a firm ride when the bed is empty, which is the trade-off for the 32,000-pound gooseneck towing capacity this truck can handle.
