Miles Overview
The 2020 F-350 Super Duty is Ford's heaviest-duty pickup, the one you step up to when an F-150 isn't enough for serious towing and hauling. It drives like the big truck it is, with a firm, commanding ride that settles down once you've got weight on the bed or a trailer behind it. The cabin is built for work but the higher trims add cloth or leather seats, a touchscreen, and enough room for five adults. Expect a bed that swallows plywood and a payload rating that makes most other pickups look like toys. The XL is the base trim, the one you pick when you want the F-350's capability without the frills of the Lariat or XLT. This XL pairs the 7.3L V8 with four-wheel drive and an automatic transmission, giving you strong low-end grunt for pulling a gooseneck trailer. The trade for the low starting price is a vinyl floor and manual seats, but that also makes the cab easier to hose out after a muddy job site.
