Miles Overview
This is Ford's full-size sedan, the one that competes with the Impala and Charger rather than the smaller Fusion. The base engine is plenty quick for daily driving, and the SHO model adds serious punch for those who want it. The ride is on the floaty side, which suits long highway trips but means it's not a corner-carver. The front seats are cushiony and supportive, but the rear seat is tight for a car this size and the windows are small. The SEL is the trim most shoppers pick for the balance of features and price, and this one adds all-wheel drive for extra traction in snow or rain. The 3.5L V6 makes 288 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic, and with all-wheel drive you get confident grip in all conditions at the cost of 19 mpg combined.
