Miles Overview
The 2003 Mustang is Ford's pony car, a rear-drive coupe or convertible that's all about affordable performance. It's a lively rear-drive car that's genuinely fun to hustle down a back road, with a manual gearbox that makes you feel connected. The cabin is simple and a bit plasticky, but the front seats are comfortable and the stereo options are strong. Owners note the paint can bubble and chip, and the rear seat is cramped, so keep expectations realistic. This convertible version lets you drop the top and hear the supercharger whine, though the extra weight and chassis flex are part of the deal.
