Miles Overview
The 2001 Mustang SVT Cobra is the high-performance version of Ford's pony car, built to take on the Camaro SS and Trans Am. The ride is firm and the cabin is snug, but that's the trade for the sharp handling and direct steering. You get a simple, driver-focused cockpit with supportive seats and a chunky leather-wrapped wheel. The SVT Cobra convertible gives you the same 4.6L V8 and sharp chassis you get in the coupe, with the open-air experience the hardtop can't match. Its 4.6L V8 makes 260 horsepower through a manual transmission and rear-wheel drive, and you'll feel the torque through every gear.
